As a participant, you will be coached through a powerful one-on-one exercise that can move you from a place of anger or frustration (ex. getting cut off in traffic) to a state of calm and acceptance.
Through the tools provided here, you will feel a sense of relief and newfound freedom as you learn that you are always in charge of your happiness.
